Description
This PR updates the translations.py script to support local custom translations via a new file: CustomLocalizable.strings. This allows for provider-specific translations that either differ from those in Transifex or are not yet present in the platform.
Motivation
Some service providers require specific terminology that deviates from our global Transifex strings. Additionally, this provides a workflow for including new translations before they are officially synced from the localization platform.
How it works
The script now implements a merge-and-override logic:
Overwrites: If a key in CustomLocalizable.strings matches a key in the generated localizable file, the custom translation takes priority.
Appends: If a key in CustomLocalizable.strings does not exist in the generated file, it is appended to the end.
Usage
To use this feature, create a file named CustomLocalizable.strings and add your required key-value pairs. Run make pull_translations as usual to see the merged results in the final output.
