* bump version to 1.9.2 * feat: authenticate with OpenCRVS using the integration's own credentials When OPENCRVS_CLIENT_ID and OPENCRVS_CLIENT_SECRET are set, mosip-api mints a fresh confirmation token (client_credentials, then token exchange) instead of reusing the long-lived token stored with the transaction. Falls back to the stored token when unconfigured, so this is opt-in. * bump version to 1.9.2-mock.2 instead of 1.9.2 as there is no definitive if this task only complets 1.9.2

feat: authenticate with OpenCRVS using the integration's own credentials
When OPENCRVS_CLIENT_ID and OPENCRVS_CLIENT_SECRET are set, mosip-api mints a fresh confirmation token (client_credentials, then token exchange) instead of reusing the long-lived token stored with the transaction. Falls back to the stored token when unconfigured, so this is opt-in.
