Summary

• Update the bundled plugin manifest from 0.1.14 to 0.1.15.
• Keep the SDK's BUNDLED_PLUGIN_VERSION synchronized with that manifest.
• Leave the npm package version unchanged at 0.1.5.

Validation

• ./node_modules/.bin/bun test --timeout 30000 ./tests-ts/cli.test.ts ./tests-ts/result.test.ts — 118 tests passed.
• ./node_modules/.bin/tsc --noEmit
• ./node_modules/.bin/prettier --check _bundled_plugin/.codex-plugin/plugin.json src/version.ts
• Confirmed the manifest and SDK both report plugin version 0.1.15 while the npm package remains 0.1.5.
