• In the YAML parser, implement support for schema version 1.1.0
• Adjust parser for max_export_batch_size:
  • feat: add experimental max export batch size opentelemetry-configuration#610
  • the proper name is max_export_batch_size/development
  • this property exists in 1.1.0 but not in 1.0.0
• Adjust parser for the prometheus exporter:
  • Remove with_ prefix from prometheus exporter property names opentelemetry-configuration#612
  • this change is effective in 1.1.0 only, 1.0.0 is unchanged.
