Bug fix for Silverlight: Lines move after click

This issue can be reproduced with XFZ657-19.

1. Draw line.
2. Redraw line with dragging the edge. -> Line will be drawn at incorrect place.
3. Click original place of the line. -> Line will move to correct place.
