Retaining support for the 4.x line as well. Beyond speed, the 5.x engine has slightly different defaults than 4.x — files over 1 MB are skipped (maxSize configurable), symlinks are excluded, and token counts can drift 1–2%. So users may see marginally different duplicate sets when this change is released.
