  • Fix Inconsistent padding for dashboard widgets #19215
    • extermal padding reduced to 8px
    • internal padding aligned to 16px
    • header padding adjusted on different screens (to not be hidden behind nav toggle)
    • nav actions gap reduced to 8px
    • nav actions better wrapped (2 items per line max)
