we should keep this into one org and decide for either releases or libraries but not both as it is now

I saw nextcloud-releases/nextcloud-appstore-push-action which is why I moved it there…
but checking now we seem to have all 3:
I'm fine either way, as long as it's not nextcloud/ (and we should move the feedback one)
