Six changes since beta.5, all of them needed by nextcloud/server#63954, which drops the viewer app.

• fix(l10n): keep the full catalog out of what every page loads #7 the translation catalog stopped being part of what every page loads: 214 kB to 29 kB, 30.3 kB to 6.5 kB gzipped
• docs(readme): document the two viewer integration paths and handler gotchas #8 importing the package registers the handlers for images, video and audio
• feat(api): tell a caller whether the viewer can open a node #9 canView()
• feat(previews)!: read the enabled preview providers from the capability #10 the enabled preview providers come from core.previews.enabled_providers rather than an initial state — breaking, it needs a server that reports it
• fix(handlers): break the cycle between the entry and the handlers #11 the import cycle docs(readme): document the two viewer integration paths and handler gotchas #8 introduced, which broke main
• fix(viewer): show what the server calls the file, not its filename #12 titles read displayname
• feat(viewer): let a caller turn the sidebar off #13 enableSidebar
• fix(build): stop shipping imports only vite can resolve #14 the build stopped leaking ?raw imports to the consumer's bundler
