docs: name the hosted tools on the home page - #8

The sidebar entry does not appear here. This page is template: splash, which hides the sidebar entirely — so the one page a first-time reader is most likely to land on was the one page with no route to the tools, after both the in-page asides and the sidebar had been added. Four links, labelled by the question each answers, under Where to go next where the rest of the onward routes already live.
