Adds docs/research/client-third-party-api-gaps.md — an options map for the feature list in #189 (from MoonBase#1390).

Covers Boost-free TLS (http_tls vs curl vs Beast vs lws), proxy/CA append, response decompress, Retry-After, 304/@httpResponseCode, streaming bodies, and overall deadlines, with a recommended sequencing and open ADR questions.

No runtime code changes.
