Browser integrations using ConsoleWriter currently receive encoded records and must decode them before submitting typed console edits. Add mutually exclusive submitEdits to the existing writer so the app can pass LaneEdit batches directly to its public console.
Legacy WriterOptions and encoded submission remain compatible. Coalescing, serialized flushes, adaptive backpressure and actual CommandReport handling share the same implementation.
Validation: type checks and 16 real-engine writer tests pass; headless 163 pass with one existing skip; package/generated/fresh-consumer checks pass. Dedicated independent Astra medium review PASS; issue #445 is synchronized and closed. No Rust, ABI, artifact or runtime dependency changes.
