Explain the five follow-up areas identified by the 20-task Terminal-Bench pilot in the 0.8.x development notes: response truncation, missing tool arguments, timeout termination, trajectory collection, and delayed cost lookups. Include observed behavior, relevant code paths, and proposed fixes, and clarify that supplemental cost reconciliation used a temporary script outside the regular workflow.
Regenerate the full English development notes from the Chinese source. The notes describe planned fixes; runtime behavior is unchanged.
