Adds a hero screenshot, one-line pitch, license/CI badges, feature bullets, and the demo GIF + proposal-card screenshot from the 2026-08-26 capture session, plus a "Try it live" link to the hosted beta. Existing local quick-start content is unchanged, just pushed below the new cold-visitor section (Plan 04, docs/04-README-Polish.md).
