Recapture the two screenshots in docs/components/assets.rst with authentic, version-matched Mautic 7.0.2 UI (light mode, 2x): the Asset Settings config section and the New Asset creation interface. Closes mautic#482

The two screenshots in
docs/components/assets.rston branch 7.0 showed an outdated Mautic UI. This replaces them with authentic, version-matched Mautic 7.0.2 captures (light mode, 2x): the Asset Settings configuration section and the New Asset creation interface. The Asset directory path field shows the generic documentation value (/var/www/html/app/../media/files), matching the prior image's convention. Image-only change: filenames, alt text, and all prose in assets.rst are unchanged.Trigger Events
