Overview
Updates the sync-service dev dependency
vitestfrom 4.1.9 to 4.1.11 inpackage.jsonand refreshespackage-lock.json. The lockfile also picks up aligned transitive bumps (e.g.@vitest/*packages, vite 8.1.3→8.2.2, rolldown 1.1.4→1.2.7, lightningcss 1.32→1.33).
