Bumps the sync-service dev dependency
vitestfrom^4.1.0to^4.1.11and refreshespackage-lock.jsonso the Vitest 4.1.11 stack (@vitest/mocker,@vitest/runner, etc.) and its transitive toolchain align— notably Vite 8.2.2, rolldown 1.2.7, and related bundler/CSS optional deps.There are no application or runtime dependency changes; this only affects how Workers e2e tests run under
