Does not support migrating from pymongo 3 to pymongo 4

The latest pymongo release has some backward breaking changes (see https://pymongo.readthedocs.io/en/stable/migrate-to-pymongo4.html).

I would be glad to come up with a pull request that fixes the issues if you would agree to create a new pypi release :)
