Summary
Add
LLVM-QUAL-TPL-004, a Tool Qualification Report template, together with three associated guidance documents.TPL-004 records the execution and results of qualification activities planned in TPL-002 (#48), following the classification and malfunction analysis documented in TPL-003 (#57). It assumes that the activities follow one referenced TPL-002 revision. If the plan or classification basis changes, TPL-002 and, where relevant, TPL-003 should be updated before completing the qualification report.

The template is intentionally shorter than the accompanying guidance. It references the qualification strategy already established in TPL-002 instead of repeating it.

The documents are informative and do not replace the applicable standards, regulatory or certification guidance, or organization-specific processes.
Feedback is very welcome, particularly on the usability of the template and whether the guide structure makes the detailed material sufficiently approachable.
