Refresh bundled Fusion equipment icons

What changed

• advances Fusion's Android support-file version so existing installations refresh the APK-managed soh.o2r
• preserves saves, settings, mods, and generated game archives during that refresh
• falls back to generated equipment placeholders when an icon resource is unavailable
• verifies that every bundled extended-equipment icon exists in the generated support archive
• makes manually launched test builds check out the selected branch

Root cause

The custom icon overhaul changed the contents expected in soh.o2r without changing Fusion's Android support-file marker. Updated executable code could therefore run against an older archive and render empty equipment slots.
