Nouveau broker socle v4 (rabbitmq_4, image rabbitmq:4.1-management, AMQP 0.9.1), coexistant avec v3 sans conflit : service/hostname/volume distincts, UI mgmt sur :8084 (v3 = :8083), vhost caddy rabbitmq4.local, reseau private. Fragment a selectionner via COMPOSE_FILE (rabbitmq/4.yml), en dev sans TLS (amqp:// clair sur rabbitmq_4:5672). Ref: openspec add-external-lead-api (D3, topologie locale dev).
