Summary

Records the final autonomous-session outcomes in the validation ledger. This is
a documentation-only closeout; it does not change extension runtime behaviour.

Root Cause / Decision Record

• The merged initial ledger needed a bounded closeout record for PR docs(session): record autonomous validation evidence #236 and
  the remaining explicit blockers.
• The ledger reports remote evidence as observations and preserves the strict
  local review audit gap instead of converting it into a readiness claim.

• Runtime: none.
• Tests: no test source changes; one focused guard observation was rerun.
• Docs/governance: docs/AUTONOMOUS_SESSION_2026-08-27.md only.
• Explicitly out of scope: portal access, browser/Store work, permissions,
