(release): consolidate Apple display configurations

Summary

• expand Wallpect to 47 consolidated wallpaper configurations covering 191 named iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple display models
• group devices that share the same wallpaper canvas while preserving distinct notch, safe-area, and overlay geometry
• migrate earlier saved device IDs to canonical configuration IDs without persisting image data
• refresh bilingual device, accuracy, privacy, architecture, and deployment documentation
