docs: prepare v0.2.0 release

Summary

• align the bilingual README, contribution guide, deployment guide, implementation checklist, and PRD with the current Workers Static Assets architecture
• add a repeatable release, preview verification, production verification, and rollback guide
• prepare package metadata and the changelog for v0.2.0

Validation

• npm_config_cache=/tmp/wallpect-npm-cache npm ci — 0 vulnerabilities
• npm run format:check
• npm run check — lint, 27/27 tests, production build
• WRANGLER_LOG_PATH=/tmp/wallpect-wrangler-check.log npm run worker:check
• npm run test:e2e — 5/5 across Chromium, mobile WebKit, Edge, and Firefox

Privacy and deployment

• no image upload API, image analytics, or remote image processing added
• non-production Workers preview should be verified before merging; merging to main triggers the production Workers Build
