新增 2019 年《妖怪手錶！》與 1 首 OP、1 首 ED，保留共同作詞、原曲編曲及 CD 完整版日期，與 2021 年系列保持獨立。3 筆官方影片分開 OP 短版 MV、ED 動畫與振付短版；不可確認可播放的上傳不加入。
作品身份以 LEVEL5 及東京電視台核對，歌曲以藝人事務所、創作者、出版方與官方影片補證，再由歌曲索引交叉核對。春季共 33 套作品、96 筆歌曲，仍明示未完成。
驗證：236 項 catalogue、339 項單元、44 項 Playwright 通過；公開邊界、Lint、建置、Cloudflare dry-run、完整及正式依賴稽核通過（0 項漏洞）。25 個畫面沒有水平溢出或提前連線 YouTube；1,978 份 API 不變，只更新春季清單並新增作品詳情。詳見
docs/QA_V1_49_2019_SPRING_YOUKAI.md。此 PR 依賴前序爆丸切片；分支與 CI 結果不代表正式網站已更新。正式發布另核對固定合併版本、Cloudflare 實際流量及 live 產物。
