新增 2019 年 TV 短篇《強襲魔女 501部隊出動！》的 1 首 OP、12 個輪替 ED 演唱版本與 2 筆官方影片 metadata。各演唱版本保留角色與聲優、CD 日期及來源；片尾作曲署名衝突欄位暫缺並明示待核對，官方試聽只關聯 ED #12。
本機驗證：228 項 catalogue、331 項 unit、40 項 Playwright、Lint、build、公開邊界與 Cloudflare dry-run 通過；完整與正式依賴 audit 均為 0。1,976 份既有 API 逐位元相同，只更新春季清單及新增作品；四種畫面寬度與無 JavaScript 驗證通過。詳見
docs/QA_V1_46_2019_SPRING_501.md。此 PR 為獨立 source 切片；正式發布仍需合併後核對 Cloudflare 實際版本、流量及 live 產物。
