《Fairy gone》春季的 OP／ED 原先只有團體名義，按個別演唱者或製作人搜尋時找不到歌曲。本次依創作者官方履歷、播出機構及藝人訪談補上逐曲署名與來源，保留既有團體名義、發行版本及秋季作品資料；未有足夠第一方證據的 OP 作詞不推定。
驗證：200 項目錄檢查、298 項單元測試、33 項 Playwright、完整 check、0 項 npm audit 漏洞及 Cloudflare dry-run 通過。1280px／390×844 共 8 個畫面核對搜尋、署名及來源，無水平溢出或未經操作的 YouTube 連線。1,973 份既有 API JSON 完全相同，只有 Fairy gone 的作品檔案更新。
這是可獨立審閱的 source 更新；本機與 CI 結果不代表正式部署完成。正式發布仍須完成固定 SHA 合併及 Cloudflare/live 驗收。
