Independent review: the exact dev head includes the refreshed v3 alpha contract lock, and the preceding protected five-platform build passed for macOS arm64/x64, Linux x64/arm64, and Windows x64. Approving subject to the fresh alpha promotion checks.

Closed by explicit product-strategy withdrawal: macOS x86_64 Qualified Core and the Darwin x64 libnode package are now unsupported. The five-platform alpha.4 promotion must not proceed. Retaining all PR, review, CI, branch, and commit history for audit. |
