Since GHC 9.14 will be LTS, I think it's important to make sure that the whole Kadena eco-system compiles with GHC 9.14:
This PR
make mandatory the usage of GHC 9.14 (in Cabal file, and workflow).
replace all patterns synonyms imports / exports by the key word data (see https://ghc.gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/doc/users_guide/exts/pattern_synonyms.html#import-and-export-of-pattern-synonyms) raised by the Warning
pattern-namespace-specifierremove deriving of Typeable, raised by the Warning
deriving-typeable. According to compiler warning message: from now all types are automatically made Typeable by the compiler.Compile against Pact-5 9.14 enabled version ..., and ethereum-bridge 9.14 enabled version (GHC 9.14.1 raised a bug of the compiler itself, I had to workaround.. and I was to lazy to make a bug report to Scottish guys)
