Adds
grut config path --jsonwith resolvedconfiganddatapaths for installers, shell integrations, and bug report tooling. The default text output stays unchanged.Validation:

mage preflightwas attempted. It is blocked by existing lint findings ininternal\panels\gitinfo\gitinfo_github.goandinternal\panels\gitdiff\gitdiff.go.
