🎯 What: Fix missing input validation in Bitmap constructor.

⚠️ Risk: Passing zero, negative dimensions, or dimensions that result in integer overflow could lead to unexpected behavior, exceptions, or unintended array allocation sizes.

🛡️ Solution: Validate that width and height are greater than zero using ArgumentOutOfRangeException.ThrowIfNegativeOrZero and ensure (long)width * height <= int.MaxValue before array allocation.
