Add example projects

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Whilst the README shows how to use the project, it would be nice to have full examples in dummy runnable applications to see the intricacies.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A folder at the root of the project which contains multiple runnable example applications showing different usages for the library.
