Thought it was part of the regular user settings, but is indeed on the admin panel. Added it here: 149b7e2

I think we can also include here the ideal size: 620x128px, Aspect ratio: 4.8438 (155:32).

The image format is a short memorable list that the user can act on immediately, while the precise dimensions is a contextual/technical improvement. It would be a great in-product guidance, though. (crop tool, live preview, 'recommended size' hint'...)
