The patch adds the Global Histogram Enhancement algorithm. Equalization techniques such as CDF(Cumulative Distribution Function) is applied in this algorithm to enhance the low contrast images on reflective panels under ambient light conditions. Signed-off-by: Nemesa Garg <nemesa.garg@intel.com>
