The CI
buildjob was failing because PyPI rejected the upload ofpyeph-1.6.4— that version was already published, and PyPI does not allow overwriting existing releases.Changes
versioninpyproject.tomlfrom1.6.4→1.6.5so the publish step uploads a new, unique release artifact.
