For more details see https://ibexa.atlassian.net/browse/IBX-11778 and #36 Key changes: * Replaced the setup-php and ramsey/composer-install steps with the shared ibexa/gh-workflows composer-install action * Reworked the release workflow to call the reusable ibexa/gh-workflows release_bundle.yml, dropping the legacy zendesk/action-create-release action * Renamed ci.yaml to backend-ci.yaml, updated actions/checkout to v7, and standardized runners on ubuntu-26.04 * Added the reviewers workflow from the bundle-generator skeleton and dropped the obsolete pr-assign workflow * Hardened the code style check step with set -euo pipefail against masked failures * Updated the tests PHP matrix to PHP 7.4, 8.3, and 8.4, and dropped the removed main branch from CI push triggers --------- Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
