IBX-12277 is stacked on IBX-12207, so the pinned
ibexa/admin-uibranch carries both tickets.The design system reaches CI through the temporary
ibexa/admin-ui-assets#IBX-12207-update-header-stylingbuild, which vendors design-system#131 (and #126, its base). design-system#132 (toggle label alignment, one SCSS file) is NOT in the build.
