I've addressed the feedback on the three files. The requirements.txt is cleaned up- removed google-genai and dotenv since neither is used in the main simulation path. Fixed the run command in the scripts to match the entry point in the readme. Also updated the file structure section in the readme since it was reflecting an older version of the repo and missing the usecase folder and everything in it.
