Add HyperMemory AI OpenAI plugin marketplace

Summary

• add one hypermemory-ai marketplace containing separate HyperMemory and HyperColab plugins
• package OAuth MCP, skills, trusted lifecycle hooks, agent role contracts, branding, and exact Codex token telemetry for HyperMemory
• package the HyperColab local MCP shim, OAuth CLI, claims/timeline hooks, coordination skill, and agent role contract
• add polished installation, architecture, marketplace, security, and contribution documentation
• add deterministic review archive tooling, validation CI, and lifecycle/manifest tests

• ruff check plugins packages tests scripts
• pytest -q (17 passed)
• both Codex plugin manifests validated
• both skills validated
• HyperColab wheel built successfully
• both generated plugin ZIPs passed unzip -t

Notes

• The Git marketplace targets ChatGPT and Codex only.
• HyperMemory currently connects to the Rust staging MCP at https://stage.hypermemory.io/mcp.
• HyperColab uses its local stdio shim so it can safely derive the active Git repository.
