HyperDrift

Create an OSS driven suite of apps with a collaborative mindset

Hyperdrift is a product studio run like a fleet: four live apps, one founder at the helm, and a crew of agents that watches, reads, and acts every day.

The tools that used to require a team, a budget, and a network — don't anymore. We build in that gap. Each app is a small act of refusal: to accept that access to great tools is a privilege, that the friction is natural, that the system as arranged is the best we can do.

How the fleet runs

Every morning a Commander cycle reads the last 24 hours across the fleet — traffic, blockers, session replays, and now push-based signals the analytics platform raises on its own — and produces a verdict: did the last change work, and what's the next move. The Bridge is the one pane where all of it lands.

The Hyperdrift Bridge — one ship panel with live sparklines, the voyage ladder, and the daily read

Agents earn authority here the way people do: scoped tools first, keyboard later.

The fleet

App What it does
Next Role Job-search companion: keep your master CV, tailor each application to the role, and iterate with clear feedback until the callback comes.
Intel Daily signal brief across AI, crypto, and tech. See what matters before it is obvious.
web3.capital Ranks 8,000+ DeFi pools by capital efficiency score, not raw APY. Passkey-first. No extension required.
Revela Trust-first private communities. Curation over feed. Deliberate membership over scale.

The lab

Where the bets get tested before the fleet inherits them.

POC The bet
Helm · live demo Google "All Things Agentic" entry: an agent crew at the wheel of this very fleet, scoped authority per agent.
own-stack Server-rendered React with five dependencies. The reference stack every new Hyperdrift app inherits.
CLI meets UI Terminal speed in the browser — command palette, vim keys, zero-click workflows.
Stillness A camera experience that never shows or stores your face. Presence without surveillance.

Work with us

The same crew that runs this fleet builds production AI for other people's products — as Orchestra, our agent-orchestration studio. Multi-tenant, audit-ready, model-neutral, built by founding engineers who ship their own apps first.

We work with partners under contract — Tecknuovo and Vodafone3 today, with Databricks as a sponsor. And if you have the product but not the budget, there's The Traction Partnership: we build the automation free and the partnership validates on traction alone. Numbers move, we share the upside; they don't, you owe nothing and keep the work.

How we build

  • Own the stack. New apps run on five dependencies, types all the way down — no framework prisons.
  • The proxy is the CDN. Sixty lines of nginx took our worst page from 1.5s to 89ms. We publish the config.
  • Analytics that speaks first. The fleet runs on push-based signals, not dashboards nobody checks.
  • Ship, then radiate. An app hasn't shipped until it reaches the people it was built for. No dark launches, and quick kills when the signal says no.

Repo What it does
helm The agent at the wheel of a live product fleet — Gemini + ADK + Fleet MCP, event-driven orchestration.
hyper-post Publish to multiple social networks in one command.
typer-companion Wizard-first orchestration for Typer CLI scripts.
peer-dependency-checker Audits peer dependency conflicts before you upgrade.
keep-alive Keeps your services awake. Does exactly one thing.

Our 60-Line Trade Secret
Sixty lines of nginx config took our worst page from 1.5 seconds to 89 milliseconds. The edge you're told to rent is the proxy you already run — and we're publishing the whole secret.

Your Error Page Is a Prompt
We gave an agent crew the power to take a production service offline, then went looking for what could turn that power against us. The hole was not in the model. It was in the telemetry.

The Fleet Watches Itself
Analytics has always waited for you to ask. PostHog's new signals invert that — and we wired them into the daily command cycle that steers our fleet of apps.
