Quality of life improvement: prefill the plugin ID from the Display Name

Running yarn create bolt-uxp (same in bolt-cep), the third prompt always offers the same hardcoded default:

So user has to clear it and retype the same name he just entered. And anyone who just hits enter ends up shipping com.bolt.uxp

Would be nice if it suggested com.PhotoshopAutomator.uxp instead - still fully editable, just a better starting point

Looks like it can live entirely in meta-bolt: swap the middle segment of whatever default id the project already declares. bolt-cep, bolt-figma and bolt-express would get it for free, since the suffix comes from their own string and nothing changes on their side
