This PR removes a test that is now deprecated. The original purpose for this test was to check against a custom warning message we gave for users requesting CW3E data because we had versions 0.9 and 1.0. We have since deprecated the dataset version 0.9 so this test is no longer relevant. In addition, because of how it was written it is now catching unanticipated warnings such as future deprecation warnings.
