Hi, I'm Humbert

Cybersecurity veteran (15+ years) turned data engineer, working on making security standards machine-reasonable.

Current focus: building a formal reasoning engine on cybersecurity standards at @KGCS — connecting them into a single queryable knowledge graph (6M+ nodes and counting), and experimenting with Ontologies, GraphRAG and AI agents (MCP) on top of it.

One research line, three stages:

2015 – 2020 · @r-net-tools — where it started: learning data science by analyzing security standards in R.

2020 – 2026 · @motherhack3r — The official CRAN package org, plus a growing collection of repos as the research evolved into graphs, ML and hacking tools.

  • mitre — R package published on CRAN: MITRE & NIST standards as graph data.

2026 – now · @Ariadna-KGCS — the focus: publishing KGCS as a standard with its toolkit.

  • kgcs-spec — ontology, SHACL shapes, mappings and machine-readable contracts for the cybersecurity causal chain.

Contributions — data-quality fixes confirmed upstream in MITRE's official CAR (#142) and ATT&CK CTI (#53, PR #54).
