Hey there 👋 — This is Henrik Gothen's profile-README

I'm Henrik. This is my github for research, studying and free time projects. I mostly use Python for scientific computing, with a particular interest in optimal control pulses for Quantum Computing.

I am also interested in MRI and own a software pipeline to machine learn the optimal design of Gradient and B0 coils for low field MRI scanners at DeepSpin. However, I'm not hosting that code here but I am happy to discuss.

What I work on here

  • Pulse-based protocols for circuit elements on a SiMOS quantum processor (with Hitachi Cambridge Laboratory)
  • Optimal control for SiMOS quantum computers
  • Variational Quantum Chemistry algorithms
  • Lecture notes and other private projects

Coming soon

I will soon release the codebase accompanying a paper on pulse-based variational quantum chemistry. The repository will provide all the code needed to reproduce my results and figures and I am working on an implementation that allows you to run it directly on an Apple Silicon rather than a super server.
