At Activepieces (50,000+ daily users, 750+ integrations, 400+ merged PRs):
- Templates platform. Owned it end to end for 50,000+ users: the data model, the browse, sharing, and import/export React interfaces, and the admin APIs, across both flow and table templates.
- Multi-tenant projects. Architected the team-and-personal-project model that backs every workspace on the platform.
- Releases & Git-Sync. Version and promote flows, connections, and tables across environments; CI/CD rebuilds only the changed pieces out of 750+ instead of the whole catalog.
- Access control. Role-based access control for 50,000+ users, with custom roles, a role-selector UI, and a 1M+ record migration.
- Reliability. Cut webhook latency from 4s to 1-2s and API errors ~40%, added a flow-version backup-and-revert safeguard, and moved the E2E suite from Checkly to GitHub Actions.
- AI & platform APIs. Tech-led the AI agent (tool-calling across 750+ integrations) and built the MCP server with OAuth 2.0 and RBAC.
