I have referenced one more issue. I tried to change the layout of the page (making "Unresolved" bolder) but I did not like the final result, we can change it later. If nobody objects by then, I will fast-track this at 12:00CEST |

Perfect prose. To make it have the full impact, I do think we need to gather all this in one section at the very top. Then we can refer directly to this section in a reply to our release announcement topics anywhere we published them, etc. If we subsequently add to the section, the link we gave would still be good. That buys us more time.
