Lots of bug and UX fixes

Resolved the following issues.

1. We are unable to edit or delete all events created (no edit pencil in right-hand corner like Job Board)
2. Upon submission, a popup screen appears that asks if you want to Create Another Event or View Dashboard or something like that. The Create Another Event option does not lead you to a blank entry form, but rather the form you just submitted.
3. In Admin, events should be displayed in a list style, not horizontal banner-style that you have to click through
4. Time and exact location should not be required information. Many people don't have these details when they are adding their event well in advance (which is preferred). You can manually put in TBD, but if we could just not make them required, that would be best.
5. In the filters menu to the left, you can sort by date. We are concerned that older (expired event) dates will create a long list over time.
6. Old jobs become expired. They should be manually resolved instead of auto expiring.
