This adds an
AGENTS.mdcapturing the repository conventions that contributions are expected to follow: the PHP 7.4 floor for code, PHPStan, and PHP-CS-Fixer, explicit trim character lists, PCRE error handling, end-of-input pattern anchoring, control byte escaping in diagnostics, native serialization refusal, non-finite float rejection, changelog and upgrade guide requirements, and the documentation wrapping and PHPDoc sync rules. ACLAUDE.mdthat simply importsAGENTS.mdis included as well, so tooling that reads that filename picks up the same conventions without duplicating them. The same two files are being added to every actively developed Guzzle organization repository, with only the repository specifics differing.
