Solution description
We implemented a new add subcommand for plans that will allow users to add test plans with custom configurations, entries (runs including specific test cases), milestones, scheduled dates.
Changes
add subcommand is added in plans command with multiple options such as milestone-id, entries (inline JSON array of plan entries), entries-file (plan entries also in JSON format for more complex, multi config runs) and others.
