Fixed a bug where change stream events without the partition key matched no partition and were silently dropped. Replaced the three $or branches with a cascading expression that picks the first available key source and falls back to DEFAULT_PARTITION = 0, leaving routing unchanged when the key is present.

The fix correctly addresses the silent data loss issue by routing documents without partition keys to partition 0 instead of filtering them out. The cascading conditional expression provides a clean fallback mechanism, and the comprehensive test coverage validates the behavior across multiple scenarios including INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE operations with custom keys.
